Cut a strawberry shape out of red construction paper. Cut the leaves out of green construction paper.
Glue the green top on the strawberry. Use a black marker for the seeds.

Strawberry Shortcake Baby Shower Decorations
Start out with all your traditional Strawberry Shortcake Party Supplies here.
Your colors for this party are going to be red, pink, and green. You'll want to create a magical "Strawberry Land".
Green streamers that you have twisted together will look like vines. Hang on the ceiling. Intertwine flower garlands and greenery as well.
Wind greenery and flower garlands down the chandelier. Hang strawberries from it as well.
Borrow or rent fake trees and plants. Group them in the party area. You can add Strawberry Shortcake's friends (Orange Blossom and Apple Dumplin), by adding apples and oranges
to the trees. You can find plastic ones and hang them by a ribbon.
You can make red balloons look like strawberries by using a black marker for the seeds and green felt or tissue for the leaves at the top of the faux strawberry.
Use green curly ribbon hanging from the bottom. Use helium in some balloons and air in others. Let the ones with helium float on the ceiling with long trailing green ribbon
Let the ones with air just swish around on the floor. It's a neat effect.
A Strawberry Shortcake diaper cake would be great for your centerpiece. Or use the Strawberry Shortcake centerpiece and fresh red and pink roses in a pretty vase with a big green bow.
Use anything that you have that is red, pink, or green. It doesn't have to be strawberries. I like to use pink and red silk roses to bring in some color. Strawberry candles are great.
You can also use your Strawberry Shortcake cake as your main attraction if you desire. Just place on a pink or green pedestal cake plate.
Wrap green tulle around the base. Sprinkle pink flowers, greenery, and red plastic strawberries around it. You can also find strawberry candies at your local Dollar Tree. These work great to scatter on your tables. They really add color and punch.
Strawberry Shortcake Baby Shower Games and Activities
Pink Cotton Ball Scoop
You'll need 2 large bowls, a large spoon, and pink cotton balls (to look like strawberries).
Fill one bowl with pink cotton balls. Place the empty bowl on the player's head. Blind fold her. Place the
bowl filled with cotton balls in her lap. Give the player the large spoon and have her ladle the cotton balls from the bowl in her lap to the bowl on her head (you'll need to hold the bowl on her head).
See how many she can get in a time limit. This is really hilarious, as the players usually don't pick anything up, yet they are so careful.
Baby Bottle Sucking Game
You'll need strawberry baby bottles for everyone filled with strawberry soda.
Only fill the bottles about half full. Don't fill them more than that. It really is quite hard. See who can empty her bottle. For some extra fun, you can heat the nipple of one bottle up so that it closes up. No matter how hard the player sucks, they will not be able to get any out!
Strawberry Candies in a Baby Bottle
You'll need a large plastic pink bottle and strawberry candies for this baby shower game. Fill the bottle with the candies. Let everyone guess how many candies are in the bottle.
Printable Baby Shower Games
Printable games make the shower planning so much easier. You just print them out and check the games off of your long to-do list!
Strawberry Shortcake Baby Shower Cake
Make this Strawberry Shortcake Cake with fondant. The base is white fondant. I also used red, pink, and green.
The wires that are sticking up are just florist wires. The flowers are just stickers.
The complete instructions for this adorable cake are here.
You could also serve strawberry shortcake. Serve it in pretty goblets with whipped cream on top.
Strawberry Cheesecake would be a great choice as well. Just purchase a ready made cake and add sweetened strawberries on top. Add whipped cream and a whole strawberry on top.

This cake isn't short on anything! With loads of cute and clever style, this washcloth looks like a miniature piece of strawberry shortcake, complete with a "strawberry" on top. It's a deliciously different way to thank your guests.
