Little Lamb Baby Shower

Lamb Baby Shower Invitations

Find cards with lambs on the front. Write all your shower info inside. You'll probably be able to find Lamb cards at Easter time. Just embellish the cards with green and yellow ribbon to make them more baby friendly.

You can also make your invitations from scratch. Start with white card stock for the card. Determine how big you want the invites to be. If you're using a 12x12 sheet of card stock, you can fold in half and then cut in half. You will then have two invites 6 inches tall.

Cut a square out of a piece of green checked scrapbook paper. Use decorative scissors. Glue onto the front of the card.

Use books or coloring books as your guide and draw or trace a lamb on a white piece of card stock. You can also print a graphic from online and glue onto card stock paper. Glue the lamb onto the card. Embellish with green and yellow ribbon.

Your colors for this shower theme are going to be green and yellow. If you know the sex of the baby, you can always use pink or blue. These are just general ideas.

Use light green tablecloths. For your centerpieces, lay dark green Easter grass in the middle of the table. Sprinkle pretty yellow flowers on top of the grass. Set one large Momma lamb in the middle. Tie a large green and yellow bow with a yellow pacifier hanging from it around her neck. Place smaller lambs around her. Scatter yellow and green pacifiers around the lambs. Create a balloon bouquet with one lamb balloon and 2 yellow and 2 green. Tie to a green balloon weight so it blends in with the grass. Place it in the middle of the table.

If some one says the word, the lady who hears it can take the other ladies pacifier. The quest with the most pacifiers around her neck at the end of the party wins. Give small stuffed lambs as prizes.
