Farm Animals Baby Shower Ideas
How to host the most fabulous Farm Animals Baby Shower. Create some real country charm with ideas for farm animal invitations, favors, games, decorations, cakes, and supplies.
Farm Animals Baby Shower Invitations
Purchase or make your own farm animal baby shower invites. Making your own is not that hard, but you do need to count all the costs, as it can sometimes be more expensive to do things the homemade way. You also need to consider the time that you have. Homemade can be time consuming as well.
I do like when there are personal touches to the shower though and invites are a great way to bring that in. If you are creative and want to make your own, here is a great idea.
I chose a cute little pink pig as my farm animal, but you can do a cow, chick, duck, or any farm animal you want.
You'll want to add who the shower is for, when, where, RSVP, directions to the shower, where the Mother is registered, and any other important information.
Here's a great source for scrapbook paper and supplies.

Farm Animals Baby Shower Decorations and Centerpieces
Your colors for this theme will depend of what baby shower supplies that you use. You can go with pastels or go with traditional farm colors like red, yellow, green, ect.
After you decide what your color scheme is, you can start with the decor.
This is a laid back country theme, so no uptight city slicker decorations please.
It would be great if you could throw this shower outside, but you can also make the inside feel like the outside.
Place free standing picket fences around the shower area. Hay bales are a great way to bring in that country feel. I like to put plastic down first so the hay doesn't make such a mess.
Sunflowers are the perfect flower for this farm theme. Wildflower are a great choice as well. Place the sunflowers in mason jars or galvanized buckets. Place on tables as your centerpieces. Add stuffed baby animals to the table tops as well.
Farm Animals Baby Shower Games
Farm Mommy the Multi-Tasker
You'll need clothes line, laundry basket with farm baby clothes, phone, baby doll, and clothes pins.
Hang the clothes line up in the party area. You can hang baby clothes from it for your decorations and then it will be ready for the game. The player
has 1 minute. She has to talk on the phone and hang up clothes while holding a baby on her hip. This is a great game. The single girls don't have a clue. See who can hang
up the most clothes in the time limit.
Name The Baby Animal
The players must write as many animals and their baby's names as they can think of. Some examples would include, dogs-puppies, cats-kittens, bear-cub, ect.
Down On The Farm Baby Food Guessing Game
For this farm baby shower game, peel the labels off of baby food jars and label them with numbers. Have the guests taste each food and write down what they think each food is. The most correct answers is the winner.
